Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We bake every order fresh and package it with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or handling issues caused by the shipping carrier.

We understand that everyone’s palate is unique, and while we do our best to create a product that people love (and have shipped tens of thousands of rolls across the country with rave reviews), taste is subjective. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds based on personal preferences.

If your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.
